2026 Regatta Parking: Online Pre-Order

Pre-order links open at 12pm on the Sunday before each regatta. Book in the early bird window for the cheaper rate. The 2026 booking links will appear here closer to the season, so please check back soon.

Lead-up Regatta Athlete Access

A combination of school buses and parent or carer drop-off.

Head of the River Parking

There is extended parking for Head of the River due to the high demand. As with the lead-up regattas, prepaid parking is mandatory and any vehicle without a pass will be turned around at the gates.

All schools must provide an athlete bus on Head of the River to reduce congestion and free up parking for spectators. Some schools also run a spectator bus, so please check with your school coordinator.

Two options for getting there on the day:

1. School supporter bus. Contact your school for arrangements.
2. Drive in and park on-site. A prepaid Head of the River pass is required: $15 early bird, $20 regular. Please car pool where you can.

On the Day

Please follow all Traffic Controller directions and park where instructed. Have your paid passes printed and accessible to speed up the arrival process.

Some car parks require a shuttle (Car Parks 5, 6 and 7). The shuttle will drop you at Meebun Ring Road, and you board the shuttle at the same location to return to your vehicle. Please note which car park you are in, so on return you board the correct shuttle bus.

The spectator pass does not permit access until 6:30am.
